Appointment Cancellations:
The treatments you select are reserved for you. Respectfully give 24 hour Notice when you are not able to honor your appointments.
Bridal party appointments require 72 hour notice for cancellations to avoid forfeiting deposits.
Any no show appointment is subject to a 50% charge to total service.
Cell Phones:
Take a break… Turn your cellular phones to silent.
Pets:
We love pets however it is not allowable by California State Laws to have pets in salon establishments.
Color and Hair Cut Modifications (Do-over)
Walter Claudio stylists stand behind their work. If we missed the mark, it is our policy to make it right. All you need to do is call our salon and connect with any one of our guest service team members within 48 hours of the original appointment to share your dissatisfaction with the service rendered and we will gladly accommodate you for a follow-up appointment within 14 days. This service is complimentary.
However, if you change your mind… for example, you requested blond highlights and then decide to have dark brown lowlights, or you requested a long bob and then want long layer cut, then this request is not a “haircut or color modification or a do over” and is subject to an additional charge for the new service requested.
Privacy Practices
Information collected from this site, on our app or in our salon is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your inquiry. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Special holiday or promotional service packages may not be substituted.
Gift Cards are like cash. Protect them as such. Walter Claudio is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Gift cards never expire.
Donations, Raffles, and Giveaway Gift Cards
If you purchased, won, or received a Walter Claudio Gift Card and or Beauty Products from a non-profit fundraiser or event please note that it may not redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. It is not transferable to another individual nor may the service or product listed the certificate be altered. Promotional gift cards ARE subject to the expiration date that is listed on the certificate.
Requests for Donations for Non-Profits
Walter Claudio supports the community by giving our time, money and energy to causes that move us. We are honored to offer our talents to benefit others in need and to doing our part to sustaining the community that we love. Returns:
Retail returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and be accompanied by original receipt for exchange or store credit ONLY. All makeup products and color pigment conditioners and jewelry are final sale, NO exchange or return.
