Introducing Alston face & body: A Collaboration

The natural ebb and flow of life brings change along with it. Season’s change, fashion changes, hairstyles change, WE change….and no matter how much we love summer or bell bottom jeans—there always comes a time to turn a new leaf and move on to the next chapter. Here at Walter Claudio, we are in that space. The space of leaving the old guard and welcoming a new fresh version of us. As of October 1st, Walter Claudio Salon Spa transitioned to Walter Claudio Salon. We have removed “SPA”, from both our name and our management. Under our brand, we will no longer be offering spa services; including waxing, facials and massage, and have joined forces with an amazing group of professionals, known as Alston face and body. This is not a “side” business that happens to be located in our old spa space on the downstairs floor of our salon, but rather it is more appropriately a coming together; a collaboration of two strong businesses so that we may bring our guests the very best in professional beauty services and treatments. We are excited to be uniting with Alston and know you will be too. Don’t worry – Alyssa & Ashley are still available for services through Alston face & body!

Offering todays’ most advanced skin care treatments, Alston face & body professionals select the most effective products and technologies for your unique needs. Our expertise is in complete skin health. We bring out your most beautiful, radiant skin, and provide special treatments and support for those with challenging skin issues.

The Alston face & body team is comprised of four women, each with a slightly different professional focus. Alyssa Lopez, our resident Wax Specialist, (and former Walter Claudio Spa service provider) has concentrated her extended training in the area of

brow design, full body waxing and lash-brow tinting. Ashley Balke, (also a former Walter Claudio service provider) a licensed massage practitioner and esthetician focuses on whole body care and offers massage, skin care and waxing. Becky Albright and owner, Wendy Halleck, continually attend advanced education training and focus on corrective skin care. Becky especially enjoys studying the art of chemical exfoliation. Wendy has a background in pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical sales and education and enjoys helping guests understand which ingredients are right for their particular skin concern.
